My name is Laura, I'm currently using the Functuinal Movement Screening (FMS). I am a level 2 FMS expert, I use this knowledge to set up specialized corrective exercise programs for clients. I am a certified athletic trainer liscenced in the state of Michigan. I am the areas most experienced FMS expert, having performed the FMS over 1,000.
