The Home Study Course is the FMS Level 1 certification course that is available in its entirety online.  It contains approximately 90 minutes of video instruction, a downloadable manual and the certification exam.  Upon passing the exam, you will be an FMS Expert.

To access the course, log on to FunctionalMovement.com under the same username you used to purchase the course.  Scroll over the red My FMS tab and select Home Study Course.  This will take you to a page with a link to the course materials.
