Cress joined the FMS team in August of 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech. Over the last 17 years, Cress has become versed in sales and marketing from furniture to fashion in the retail industry. She has focused on developing a successful staff in the workplace as well as increasing Internet business and relations. Cress currently holds the position as Operations Manager.
