Get-up Post to High Pelvis with One KB

This is the fourth step in the Get Up breakdown.

Lie supine next to a kettlebell and grab the kettelbell with both hands. Perform a roll to the supine position with the kettlebell placed on the abdomen. Begin to press the kettlebell up with both hands. Once this is achieved, bring the leg that is on the same side to 90 degrees or a single leg bridge position. 
 
Proceed to post on the elbow and then to the hand. Once in this position use the hand that is contact with the floor and the foot that is in contact with the ground and begin to extend the hips up to the ceiling to where the hips are in a neutral position. Most of the weight should be evenly dispersed between the foot and hand that is contact with the floor. If the client is unable to obtain hip extension , then another alternative to this step in the Get Up should be recommended.
