    Thanks for the great overview.  I treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and talk to my patients about their breathing all the time.  This brought up some great points and gave me more direction for cueing as well as ways to educate patients.

    It really is amazing to see how well crocodile breathing can improve movement patterns before even getting into other corrective progressions. I always re-test immediately and usually see a positive change.

    Great delivery Brett! I learned the awesomeness of the breath through mediation and yoga......only makes sense to incorproate with all forms of movement.
