Performing an assessment on every new client or customer sets a great baseline, but do you know how to walk that client from assessment through correctives to an effective strength training program?
No matter how well you conduct an FMS Screen, if your correctives do not seamlessly integrate in a strength training program, you may very well hold your client back from significant breakthroughs.
The three-day Foundational Strength course is an integration of the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Level 1 and Level 2 materials with kettlebell specific exercises and techniques including principles from StrongFirst. The FMS Level 2 materials form the framework for the workshop and the kettlebell techniques enhance and expand the corrective work and progresses into integrated and effective strength training programming. Live Case Study work will provide hands on practical experience with the principles and techniques learned at the workshop.
Course Prerequisite: Before attending Foundational Strength, you must have previously attended the FMS Level 1 course.
