Athletes want to move faster, hit harder and be more efficient. In this discussion group, Jason Glass will break down the key elements that help an athlete efficiently release the speed they already posses and maximize their ability to apply force in their sport.
High triplexity training is nueromusclular based training that removes the governor holding your athlete back from truly expressing their athletic potential. Before you start adding strength to your athletes, you need to maximize the physical attributes they currently posses. You will leave the session with new dynamic screening techniques and progressive neuromuscular based rotational power exercises that you can adapt to any athlete, for any sport at any level.
