Zachary Cupples

Dr. Zac Cupples, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, PRC is a Physical Therapist and Strength Coach who studied under the nationally-recognized Bill Hartman. He graduated from the St. Ambrose University Physical Therapy Program in 2011, and completed an orthopedic residency in 2013. He is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Physical Therapist for the Iowa Energy, and the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach and Physical Therapist for the Memphis Grizzlies. Zac has much experience working with the chronic pain, industrial, and athletic populations. His treatment process has a neuroscience foundation through principles taught by the Postural Restoration Institute and modern pain science. His ultimate goal is to give people that work with him independence. Zac has formal training in various manual therapy to include Maitland, Mulligan, dermoneuromodulation, PRRT, and IASTM. He also has training in the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)/Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Graded Motor Imagery, and DNS according to Kolar.
