David Bachmeier

My name is David Bachmeier: Natural Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist & Coach with a passion for US sports, athletics, football, health and nutrition optimization. When I was diagnosed with rheumatism, Bechterew's disease and thus as a sports invalid in mid-2017, I had to question all existing teaching and expert opinions in order to keep a hope for healing alive. After more than one year of intensive self-study on the true cause of illness, pain and injury, as well as the implementation of the measures derived from it, I am now pain-free contrary to the conventional medical prognosis. So I am currently preparing for my first GNBF competition in Natural Bodybuilding 2020 in Siegen. As one of only about 75 TÜV-certified Personal Trainers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I combine both the latest state of science with study-based knowledge as well as my own years of experience to you within my Personal training, my Nutritional Consultation & my Coaching.
