Terms of FMS Academy Membership

You've received a free 12-month membership to the FMS Academy as part of your qualifying purchase. Here’s what you need to know:

How You Qualified

This complimentary membership is automatically added when you purchase one or more online courses with a combined value of $799 or more.

If your cart includes multiple courses, a discount may be applied at checkout to cap the total at $799. These discounts do not affect your access to those courses.

Access & Expiration

If you choose not to renew your membership after 12 months, access to the online courses included in the FMS Academy will expire.*

*Exception: Any courses you purchased individually will remain available in your account. This excludes FMS 1, FMS 2, SFMA 1, SFMA 2, and FCS, which require an active Academy membership.

You can renew your membership at any time by re-enrolling in the Academy for $200/year to regain full access.

Renewal Policy

Your membership will not auto-renew unless you choose to turn it on. You can enable auto-renewal at any time within your account settings. We'll notify you before your membership expires, giving you the option to renew manually or turn on auto-renew.

Important Notes

Your 12-month membership starts immediately after your purchase is complete. Certifications you earn during your membership will remain valid even if your access expires. You’ll receive follow-up emails to help you get the most out of your membership.

Waiver of Liability - Online Courses

All practical exercises and testing performed throughout this course are entirely OPTIONAL. By registering and completing this course, you agree to assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself.

Cancellation Policy

FMS Academy Members:

In the unlikely event the live or virtual course must be canceled in its entirety, registrants will be offered the opportunity to transfer their registration to another event or be refunded the seat fee.

The live and virtual course registration fee will be fully refundable if canceled 30 days prior to the event. If canceled within 30 days, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Registration can also be transferred to another event of your choice.

The purchase of the FMS Academy, or any online education, is non-refundable. The education is delivered immediately once purchased.
