    Mr. Renna,


    I recently lost over 240 lbs and I am trying to gain/increase muscle mass without gaining fat.  As an ex-obese male individual, I continue to have the  mentality of an obese person and I'm working on that daily.  I need help on muscle mass definition and supplements.
