Brettzel 2.0 with Side Bend
This is a mobility exercise for the posterior chain of the body.
- Starting Position:
Begin in a side sitting position with the front thigh and shoulders parallel with each other. Once this position has been achieved, begin to rotate back and forth to the side of the down hip and the beginning position.
After a few rotations, take the hand that is closest to the down knee and place it underneath the other hand. Once in a comfortable position begin to side bend down while keeping the arm of the planted hand straight.
