Getting Ready:
- Lie down on your stomach with your face on the floor.
- Put your forehead on your hands, with one hand on top of the other.
- Make sure your chest, arms, and neck are relaxed and comfortable.
Breathing Steps:
- Breathe in slowly through your nose. Feel the air go past your chest and into your belly. Your belly should push against the ground without you trying.
- Breathe in through your nose for about 3 seconds.
- Hold your breath for a moment.
- Breathe out slowly through your nose for 4-6 seconds.
- Hold your breath again for 2-3 seconds.
- Start the next breath.
Keep doing this, letting the air fill your belly like a balloon. Stay relaxed and comfortable.
