Set Up: Lie on your back and flex the knees with feet flat on the ground at shoulder width apart. The band should be placed around both knees. Arms are relaxed at sides.

Action: Keeping the knees hip-width apart by pressing knees outward against the band, raise the hips off the floor. The weight should be kept on the feet when the hips are moved forward/up. Keep the lumbar spine neutral allowing the motion to occur only at the hips.

Return: Slowly lower your hips down to the starting position.
