SFMA Insights: Breaking Down Single-Leg Stance

Written by FMS SFMA Insights

Single-Leg Stance seems like a basic task, but it is amazing how many people have lost the ability to stand on one leg and balance. It can be a huge contributing factor to why someone may be experiencing pain in their system. But why have they lost this ability?

Listen in as Dr. Greg Rose discusses the components of balance and how the SFMA is designed to identify which is the main factor affecting the person’s ability to balance on one leg.
