After many years of working at the Jamerson YMCA, Lynchburg Virginia, I now work at SOAR-Fitness, A small private facility where I am the sole proprietor and manager. In addition to my NSCA personal trainer certification, I also have the certifications of CSCS, FMS, TRX and HKC. I have worked with all ages , but I now mainly work with clients 50 and over. I truly enjoy my profession and am constantly striving to expand my knowledge base so that I may serve my clients as fully as possible!
