Seaton Do, MPT, CSCS
I graduated from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut with his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2003. I focus on functional movement using manual skills, physical therapy education, and functional and corrective exercises to enhance a person’s optimal performance. I believe that correcting abnormal movement patterns is essential for recovery, rehabilitation and injury prevention. I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA and certified in the use of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS). I have completed the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) level 1 and 2 training. Like many others in the profession, I was introduced to physical therapy after suffering a knee injury playing football in high school. I have recently relocated to Oklahoma and hope to continue to work on patient/client injury prevention and rehabilitation. In April of 2015 I opened Function Physical therapy. Our mission is to provide the active community an alternative to "traditional" rehabilitation by using a movement based approach combined with manual therapy in their rehab.
