Key Takeaways:

1. Identify risk factors for injury

2. Properly prioritize health & wellness in helping your clients & patients meet their goals

3. Exercises that create awareness of poor movement and opportunities for improvement

Physical inactivity is a leading contributor to many health problems. Too often the solution is to increase physical activity and exercise. Many individuals do not know where to start or what to do and they simply start exercising.

But we know that exercise often leads to injury, which increases physical inactivity.

Your job as a professional is to break this cycle, and we can help.
