Gray says when he sees movement dysfunction, he usually also sees inappropriate stress responses to physical load, competition or activity. Gray also touches on the fact that people often don't realize that the first order of business when assigning programming is to delete a stessor or remove the negative. Corrective exercise should be applied, but not while allowing bad habits to continue.
