  • When and why should you use a corrective exercise?

  • Fitness professionals should have a system in place to differentiate between the following types of clients:

    • A client who is cleared for any and all activity 

    • A client who is cleared for activity but this activity requires modification

    • A client who needs to be referred to a medical professional
